Ex-WFAN host Craig Carton can only hope his upcoming trial centered around an alleged Ponzi scheme goes better than how the real estate market has been for him.
The price of the home, which has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and is located on more than 4 acres, has been steadily slashed since January, and it went under $2 million for the first time on Thursday.
The home is described in its listing as a “global luxury custom colonial” that offers “timeless elegance with the perfect blend of privacy and views, while delighting the avid sports enthusiast.”
Highlights of the home include a master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the property, a chef’s kitchen, five fireplaces, two game rooms, a heated saltwater pool, a basketball court, a movie theater and a gym.
