2 critically hurt in Jefferson motorcycle crash

Two people were critically injured in a motorcycle crash Wednesday night in Jefferson, authorities said. 

The Harley-Davidson was traveling west on the 5400 block Berkshire Valley Road at 8 p.m. when it veered off the road, struck a curb and the hit a guide rail, Jefferson police said in a statement. 

Family identifies N.J. mom as victim in fatal motorcycle crash

The riders, one from Newton and the other from Rockaway were flown to Morristown Memorial Hospital following the crash near Manor Driver. Police didn’t disclose their ages or identities.

Jefferson police and the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating.
