Phil Murphy, who today becomes New Jersey’s 56th governor, takes the helm of a state facing numerous challenges – fiscal, infrastructure, and transportation, to name a few. Murphy supported a $15 minimum wage and the legalization of marijuana during his campaign, and now faces the challenge of bringing those campaign priorities to fruition.
