'I can breathe,' says daughter of slain radio host after murder charges filed

It took more than five years but Kimberly Pack heard the result she wanted to hear for a very long time.

Pack was the daughter of April Kauffman, a former radio station host in Atlantic City, who was found shot to death in her Linwood Home May 10, 2012. On Tuesday, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced that her stepfather, 69-year-old James Kauffman, and 62-year-old Ferdinand Augello were charged with first-degree murder and racketeering after allegedly hiring a man to kill April Kauffman.
