A Virginia woman charged in the November drunken driving death of a former New Jersey resident could face up to 20 years in prison.
Melissa Ann Hancock, 25, was allegedly driving the wrong way on a Virginia Beach highway when she slammed head-on into a car driven by Daniel C. Dill, 29. Dill died of his injuries the next day.
