Student finds tires slashed outside school, cops say

JERSEY CITY — A student who parked her car outside her school found the tires slashed when she returned to the vehicle, authorities said.

The Fair Lawn resident told police she parked her car near Eastern International College at about 9 a.m. Tuesday, a police report indicates.

When the student returned to her red Nissan Vera at about 4:30 p.m. to grab a charger from the car, two of her tires had punctures and there were multiple scratches around the entire vehicle, police said.

No arrests were made in connection to the vandalism.
