Traffic on the approach to the the George Washington Bridge is even worse than normal Wednesday morning due to emergency construction, officials said.
Delays have reached 70 minutes on the upper level as of 6:50 a.m., according to 511nj.com, the state department of transportation’s traffic website.
Two New York-bound lanes on the upper level are closed, Fort Lee officials said.
Motorists are advised to use the lower level to save time, though delays on the lower level were reported to be at least 30 minutes.
