Man gets 20 years for crash during police chase that killed father of 3

A Rahway man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for a crash during a police chase in Elizabeth that killed a 25-year-old Navy veteran, authorities said.

Surpris Ophilien Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated manslaughter and a weapons charge in the crash.
