Man charged with killing Samaritan who tried to stop assault gets indicted

A 24-year-old South Jersey man charged with aggravated manslaughter after allegedly fatally punching a 54-year-old good Samaritan who tried to stop an assault at a bus stop earlier this month has been indicted, officials said.
