HCCC swears in two new trustees | Journal Entries

Hudson County Community College swore in two new Board of Trustee members on Nov. 21.

Pamela Gardner, the former Hudson County register and a learning disabilities teacher-consultant, and Hamza Saleem, at 2017 Hudson County Community College graduate, were the members sworn in.

Also, HCCC will have scholarships available for those pursuing an associate degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.

The scholarships will be available through the “Sustainable Pathways from Community College to Bachelor’s Degree for Urban Youth In STEM, Northern New Jersey” grant, which is partnered and sponsored by Rutgers University Newark.
