MORRIS PLAINS — Toto is a 4-year-old male terrier mix in the care of Second Chance Pet Adoption League.
He was one of seven dogs rescued from a neglect situation, suffering from a long-term flea infestation.
Fully recovered, volunteers say Toto is a “little nervous at first” when meeting new people, but warms up quickly. He gets along with other dogs and would do best with a companion; he has been neutered and is up-to-date on shots.
