Charles and Betsy Phillips renovated their five-bedroom Colonial in Summit with handcrafted cabinetry and elaborately detailed woodwork that, along with its decor, will make it a must-see on this year’s Dec. 7 Holiday House Tour to benefit Reeves-Reed Arboretum in Summit.
Mostly preserving the facade of their 1933 home, they enlarged the kitchen, master bedroom and garage, and added a family room. Three full bathrooms were renovated, and a fourth full bathroom and two powder rooms were added.
