FRANKLIN BOROUGH — A foreman at a local machine shop was charged on Tuesday with building numerous firearms, including automatic assault weapons, police said.
Russell Watt, 38, of Hamburg, had between 15 to 20 weapons he was manufacturing in various stages of completion, including fully automatic machine guns, 12- and 16-gauge shotguns, 40-caliber handguns, revolvers, long guns, along with bump stocks, high capacity magazines and hollow point ammunition, Detective Sgt.
