JERSEY CITY – A dog was found tied up and abandoned earlier this month with a serious skin infection, and now the shelter caring for her is raising money for her treatments.
The bulldog, named Coriander, was spotted by a good Samaritan near Johnston and Pacific avenues and called Liberty Humane Society’s Animal Response Team – which now provides Jersey City with its animal control services.
