Cynthia Lentz, 35, was arrested inside Rite Aid, 901 Northampton St., during the 3:45 p.m. incident, city police said in a news release.

“No one would get hurt,” Lentz promised in the note, in a warning to employees not to call police or activate the emergency alarm, according to police.

Lentz was not in possession of any weapons, and no one was reported injured.
