106 mph double-fatal crash trial loses another juror

NEWARK – A second juror has been dismissed from the trial of a man accused of fatally running down two men crossing Route 440 in Bayonne in 2015 while driving 106 miles per hour.

Just before the third day of witness testimony was to begin today in Essex County, a juror said she needed to be excused for personal reasons. Last week, another juror was excused after suffering a medical emergency during the court’s lunch break.
