New charges have been filed against 12 additional Penn State fraternity brothers authorities say are responsible for the hazing death of Hunterdon Central High School graduate Timothy Piazza, Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller said in a press conference Monday in Bellefonte, Pa.
Piazza, 19, died two days after falling down steps Feb. 2 in Beta Theta Pi in State College, Pa.
The district attorney re-filed charges and added new charges after recovering video allegedly previously deleted by Beta Theta Pi brothers. In all 17, men are charged.
