Pumpkins create a challenge for Randolph students and teachers

RANDOLPH — An abundance of pumpkins grown in the school garden created an enviable problem for teachers at Fernbrook Elementary School: What to do with all of those pumpkins?

According to teacher Jenise Janulis, students planted pumpkin seeds last winter and then members of the Green Team, the school’s gardening club, planted the seedlings in the school’s Outdoor Educational Center.
