Despite losing some of best players in school history, Camden and Salem remain contenders

Two years ago, the Camden High School football team graduated a stellar senior class which included Michigan-bound Brad Hawkins and Ron Johnson as well as future UNLV player Jamal Holloway among other college-bound standouts.

Two years the Panthers were a No. 1 seed and and another season reached the final as a third seed, but the talented class which seemed destined for a title never won one.
