Displaced students in Salem to move back to school in January

SALEM –Displaced Salem Middle School students are scheduled to be back in their original school in a few months.

A letter from the state’s School Development Authority gave the timeline on what remains to be done before the original Salem Middle School reopening. According to School Development Authority spokeswoman Edie Maier, crews are finishing the school’s acoustical ceilings and lighting. The students are expected to move back to the building in January.
