Benefit to raise money for kids of sergeant, 32, who died from stroke

BERKELEY — A benefit at a pizzeria in Bayville will raise money for the children of a 32-year-old township police sergeant who died Friday after suffering a stroke while on duty.

Twenty-five percent of the proceeds at the benefit Wednesday at Tony’s Pizza will go to the children of Sgt. Alison Wray, a post on Facebook by the police department said. The pizza parlor is located at 40 Atlantic City Blvd.
