PENNSVILLE TWP. — Tax credits like those New Jersey has handed out to so many larger cities need to be spread out to help other areas in need of economic development, Republican candidate for governor Kim Gaudagno said Monday.
Guadagno, who has focused on business issues as lieutenant governor, used an hour-long business roundtable Monday mostly to take a few swings at Democratic challenger Phil Murphy.
He is “completely out of touch and tone deaf,” Guadagno said of her opponent.
