Jersey City brothers facing murder charges won't be released

JERSEY CITY — The second of two brothers charged with fatally stabbing a man in Jersey City in September will be detained through the course of his prosecution, a judge ruled today.

Hudson County Superior Court Judge Nesle Rodriguez found there are no conditions of supervised release that would ensure David Jones, 46, of Jersey City, would appear for his court hearings and would not be a danger to the public.
