Are foxes minding the diversity advisory henhouse? | Morgan's Corner

Several weeks ago, a diversity advisory board whose existence was discovered during a meeting of the Jersey City NAACP Labor and Economic Development committee was the subject of a column in this space.

The board is a peculiar entity that’s failed to conform to many of the rules and regulations governing the existence of any other municipal agency — though it does exemplify a lack of transparency that’s bedeviled Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop’s administration.
