Arrest made in theft of ATM from Jersey Shore diner

MIDDLE TOWNSHIP — Four months after an ATM was stolen from the Court House Diner, police say they have found the thief.

The Court House Diner in Middle Township, where an ATM was stolen in May.

Gregory A. Lazicki, 27, was charged Oct. 3 with burglary, theft and criminal mischief in connection with Memorial Day weekend heist, Middle Township police said in a statement Wednesday morning.
