2 charged after fatal shooting of 19-year-old in Union

UNION — A 17-year-old Union resident has been charged with murder and another man has been charged with robbery after a 19-year-old man was found shot to death Sunday afternoon on a township street, authorities said.

Jose Yampier Diago, of Union, was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting after police arrived at 2:30 p.m. on the 700 block of Trotting Road, acting Union County Prosecutor Thomas K. Isenhour said in a statement Monday.
