Republicans in New Jersey’s U.S. House delegation are showing signs of a schism that’s more than a single-issue event. Fortunately, U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo, who serves the 2nd District, is on the side that stands up for South Jersey’s citizenry. Unfortunately, U.S. Rep. Tom MacArthur, representing the adjacent 3rd District, is not.
