Jersey City Irish Festival: Countdown to St. Patrick's Day begins (PHOTOS)

It’s not exactly the halfway point to St. Patrick’s Day, but it’s close enough.

Jersey City celebrated all things green with the annual day-long Irish festival on Exchange Place in the Downtown section of the city on Sept. 30.

The festival featured plenty of food and craft vendors, beer trucks, music and children’s entertainment. The bash also featured performances by Bangers and Mash and Diddly Idols, as well as Irish step dancers and pipe and drum music.
