Cops seek man accused of tossing puppy out 3rd floor window

TRENTON — A puppy was badly injured after being thrown out a third-floor window of a home in Trenton during a domestic dispute last month and police are seeking a man on animal cruelty charges, authorities said Friday.

Anthony Matlock, 19, fled the residence on the 400 block of Monmouth Street on Sept. 21 and is being sought by police, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement. He will be charged with third-degree animal cruelty when police locate him.
