Real estate company closes sales on North Jersey buildings

Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management has closed deals on two buildings in Jersey City and one in West New York. The Jersey City buildings were cash transactions and totaled 14 units. The building at 17 Lembeck St. was sold for $625,000 and the building at 110 Williams Ave. was sold for $750,000. The West New York property at 215 64th St. is a multi-family unit.
