Williamstown man took upskirt photo in Walmart, police say

WASHINGTON TWP. — Police have charged a Williamstown man with allegedly taking a photo up the skirt of a Walmart shopper last week.

On Wednesday, police arrested Joshua Nicholas, 26, on charges of invasion of privacy and harassment.

A woman shopping at the Turnersville store on Sept. 26 reported that a man was following her and possibly trying to take a photo under her skirt, police previously said. She texted a friend to report the incident, in case something later happened, she told police.
