You can choose among a Lexus, an Infiniti or an Audi based on what J.D. Power and Associates says new owners think of their “initial quality.” But when you fly, chances are good you’ll use the closest airport to home or work — or the closest one that sends planes to your destination.

Yes, J.D. Power also ranks customer satisfaction at big airports. Not surprisingly, travelers don’t have much nice to say about Philadelphia International, or the airports run by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Competition is lacking.
