Inmate serving 60 year sentence for killing man when he was 17 gets new trial

BRIDGETON — A Bridgeton man who was sentenced to 60 years in prison for killing a man when he was 17 will be given a new trial after an appellate court ruling on Tuesday.

Tatrone Waters, of Hampton Street, was found guilty in November 2014 for the 2011 death of David Sapp.
