VERNON — The new high school principal whose appointment last spring sparked a student-led protest has had a two-way mirror removed from her office after officials said it sent “a wrong message,” New Jersey Herald reported.
The mirror, which had been installed before the first day of school, allowed Principal Pauline Anderson to see into the adjacent main office without people seeing into her office, the report said. It has since been replaced by a glass window transparent on both sides, the newspaper reported.
