Former N.J. educator on trial in Canada denies sex crimes, report says

A former New Jersey schools superintendent on trial Friday in Canada denied allegations that he sexually assaulted a young teen boy 40 years ago.

Both Brian Fogelson, the 63-year-old retired superintendent of the North Warren Regional School District, and his accuser both testified as the trial commenced in the Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, provincial court, according to a report from LighthouseNOW/Progress Bulletin, a newspaper and website there.
