Man indicted after allegedly assaulting woman twice on downtown street

WOODBURY — A grand jury has indicted a Woodbury man on assault and robbery charges after a domestic dispute turned violent in downtown Woodbury.

The incident began when Darius H. Triplett, 20, of West Street, argued with a woman as they were driving in a car on May 18, according to police.

The woman parked the car at Triplett’s home and asked him to exit the 2010 Nissan Altima, according to a criminal complaint.
