Upset over maintenance issues, man shoots into mobile home office, cops say

FALLS, Pa. — A 55-year-old man upset with the staff at the Pennwood Crossing mobile home community fired 10 shotgun blasts into the park’s office Tuesday morning, almost hitting a husband and wife inside, police said.

Jimmy Stormant was arrested a short time later on the front steps of his home on Galen Drive in the park after the 8 a.m. shooting.

Stormant was suicidal and armed, but as Falls and Morrisville police officers tried to get him to drop the gun, a family member grabbed the pistol, setting off a struggle, Falls police said.
