Christie, Scott Walker raise cash in N.J. — and champion Guadagno

TRENTON — Gov. Chris Christie and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker appeared together in New Jersey last week at a private fundraiser for the Republican Governors Association — during which they touted Republican gubernatorial nominee Kim Guadagno, an RGA spokesman confirmed. 

Christie and Walker — longtime friends, both former RGA chairmen, and former rivals in last year’s GOP presidential primary — headlined the event in Middletown, which raised $2.1 million for the RGA, said spokesman Jon Thompson.
