What's known so far about the banner plane crash this summer

GREEN CREEK –The National Transportation Safety Board released a preliminary report Tuesday about the Aug. 20 banner plane crash in Green Creek.

According to the report, the 20-year-old pilot, who had towed five banners earlier in the day and was dropping off his sixth banner, was preparing to land at the Paramount Air Strip in Green Creek.
