4 new homes to be built on empty Hotel Pitman lot

PITMAN – A lot that has sat empty since a historic building was demolished in 2010 is finally getting a purpose again. 

A developer is planning to build four new single-family homes on the lot formerly occupied by the Hotel Pitman, once one of a few large unused plots in the town along with the site of the former Struthers-Dunn factory and the now-defunct Sony plant along Lambs Road.
