Russian military jet gets OK to fly over Trump's Bedminster golf course

BEDMINSTER— An unarmed surveillance aircraft belonging to the Russian Air Force was allowed to fly through restricted U.S. airspace Wednesday, including over President Trump’s golf course, The Washington Post reported.

In a separate flight, the Tupolev Tu-154 was authorized  to fly near the Capitol, the Pentagon and through other secure airspace in Washington under the terms of the Treaty on Open Skies. The treaty, whose more than 30 signatories includes Russia and the United States, permits such overflights as a way to promote international arms-control agreements.
