Owners of Manasquan flower shop destroyed in blaze vow to rebuild

MANASQUAN — The owners of a popular Manasquan flower shop that was destroyed in a Sunday evening blaze thanked supporters and pledged on Wednesday that they will rebuild their shop.

Until then, however, Mueller’s Flowers & Gifts will continue to operate in a temporary location, the owners said.

In a statement praising the community for its support, owners Nanci Marta and Caleb Mauro said they will finish all existing orders at Flowers by Rhonda in Brielle.

“We are extremely thankful for Rhonda’s generosity and compassion during this difficult time,” Marta and Mauro said in the statement.
