VINELAND — The city business administrator fired in 2014 amid a defamation dispute involving allegations of bribery involving Vineland officials will receive $350,000 to settle his civil rights lawsuit.
The Vineland council unanimously approved the settlement with former city business administrator William Lutz during a meeting on Tuesday. The settlement does not require the city to admit any wrongdoing.
