Man once jailed for luring child convicted of harassing teen in bathroom
SOUTH BRUNSWICK — A North Brunswick man who had been sentenced more than 15 years ago for luring a child was recently convicted on charges he harassed a teenage boy in a bathroom, authorities said.

George Daymond Shirley, 49, was convicted July 10 by a jury on charges of harassment while he was on parole or probation, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew Carey said. He faces up to 18 months in prison, Carey said.
The prosecutor’s office said Shirley made inappropriate comments to the boy.
