Artistic inspiration in Frenchtown on Bastille Day (PHOTOS)

FRENCHTOWN – The borough celebrates Bastille Day every year.

This year it was held on a sunny summer day on Saturday.

Every shop, store, emporium, restaurant, cafe and gallery participated, along with music and amusements.

Bastille Day is marked on July 14, the day in 1789 when a mob in Paris stormed the Bastille. They liberated the prisoners held there and set in motion the French Revolution.
