Man had no headlight on bike, but he had drugs and assaulted a cop, police say

PENNS GROVE — A man who was stopped for riding his bicycle at night without a required headlight lead police on a chase and then assaulted a cop before being taken into custody on drug charges, authorities say.

Jamar Johnson, 37, of Penns Grove was arrested on drug charges, police say. (Salem County Correctional Facility)
