HAMILTON — Four Mercer County high school students with an interest in business were awarded scholarships from Hamilton, officials announced.
Steinert High School’s Kyle Gankiewicz, Nottingham’s Rommy Abouelela, Hamilton West’s Nicole Hull and Trenton Catholic Academy’s Christopher LaBelle each received a $1,000 scholarship from Hamilton’s Economic Development Advisory Commission.
The money will go towards the students’ higher education pursuits, officials said.
“Our future remains bright thanks to our community’s high school students, who are well-represented by this year’s class of business scholarship award recipients,” Hamilton Mayor Kelly Yaede said in a statement.
