ATLANTIC CITY — Gloucester County’s Freeholder Heather Simmons, who serves as the president to the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC), led the organization’s annual conference in Atlantic City last week, May 10-12. All 21 of New Jersey’s counties participate in NJAC.
