Vintage aircraft crashes in Eagleswood, pilot survives

EAGLESWOOD— A plane crashed Tuesday night in the 100 block of Laurel Hill Lane, Sgt. Jeff Flynn of the New Jersey State Police said. 

The 1947 Stinson fixed-wing aircraft went down around 8:30 p.m., Flynn said. The pilot was “O.K.,” he added. 

Flynn did not have any information regarding damage on the ground, but photos posted to social media show the craft nestled in trees and bushes.
