Reward offered for info on 'profanity house' fires in N.J. state park

GREEN — A $1,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of those responsible for setting four fires at the so-called “profanity houses” inside Allamuchy State Park, authorities said.

The blazes occurred at the Rutherford-Stuyvesant Estate, located off of Route 517 in Green and Allamuchy, on July 21, Sept. 26, March 24 and April 26, according to New Jersey Herald.

The abandoned structures on the property have reportedly been dubbed the “profanity” houses because they’re covered in profanity-laced graffiti.
